Here you will find information about the facilities and amenities available within Trilogy at Power Ranch. The Facilities and Amenities of Trilogy at Power Ranch are generally for the sole use of its residents and invited guests. Owners and residents are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. Trilogy at Power Ranch is a smoke-free facility. Some facilities, such as the Ballroom, may be rented to outside parties for events such as weddings or birthdays. Art Room
Location: Art and Stained Glass share a room by the San Tan Room
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Art Room is a space where the club can come together and create every expression of painting. This room is locked at all times and you must belong to the club to gain entrance. It is used primarily by the Art Club and Stained Glass Club.
Ballroom
Location: Inside the San Tan Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Ballroom seats approximately 260 people. Dances and other events are held in the Ballroom throughout the year. Private use of the Ballroom by Owners, Residents and the Public is subject to availability. Requests for use of the Ballroom may be made one year in advance, and reservations must be made at the Association Office. A rental charge will apply, and entitles the participants to the use of the Ballroom and adjacent restrooms only. Note that you will need your ID badge to gain entry to the facility.
Board Conference Room
Location: In the Main Clubhouse next to the Member Services Desk
The Board Room is used by the Board of Directors as well as regularly scheduled Committee meetings.
Bocce Ball Courts
Location: Adjacent to the Pool Area
Hours: 5:00 am - 9:30 pm
Four Bocce Ball Courts are provided in the community, and are available for use by community residents and their invited guests.
Catalina Card Room
Location: Inside the San Tan Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Catalina Card Room is where our residents come to play cards, Mah-jongg and other games.
Residents can use it on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ceramics Room
Location: At the front of the Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The ceramics room provides a place for residents to participate in designing and creating ceramic arts. The room is equipped with a fully operational kiln. This room is locked at all times and you must belong to the club to gain entrance.
Clubhouse
Location: 4369 E. Village Parkway
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Clubhouse is the central point of all activities within Trilogy at Power Ranch. The clubhouse provides places for meetings, activities and social gatherings. Come to the clubhouse to meet old and new friends! Note that you will need your ID Badge to gain entry to the facility.
Computers
Location: In the main Clubhouse inside the Library
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The computers inside the Library in the main Clubhouse are for resident and guest use. These computers do have printing capability at a cost of .10 cents per page through the Member Services Desk (only during office hours.) Instructions are available in the Library if printing is necessary. Note that you will need your ID Badge to gain entry to the facility.
Fitness and Wellness Center
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm Monday - Sunday
The Fitness and Wellness Center is fully equipped with cardio machines, treadmills, exercise cycles, and a host of other equipment for strength and flexibility conditioning.
Please Note: All members are required to complete a Fitness Center Orientation to have their cards activated to access and use the Fitness Center.
The Fitness Center is open 365 days a year from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Note that you will need your ID Badge to gain entry to the facility.

Horseshoe Pits
Location: Off Village Parkway on East Side of the Community Between Indigo St & Citrus Ct.
The horseshoe pits located within the community are for the use of community residents and their invited guests.
Library
Location: Inside the San Tan Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The library contains hundreds of books, both hardcover and paperback, that have been donated by our members. The books may be checked out on an honor system by residents and their guests. The Library also holds computers for use by residents and their guests. Note that you will need your ID Badge to gain entry to the facility.
Member Services Desk
Location: Inside the San Tan Clubhouse

The Member Services Desk is next to the front entrance in the main Clubhouse and provides the community with friendly and easy access to our management staff. Residents can purchase tickets to community events as well as get help answering general questions. Note that you will need your ID badge to gain entry to the facility. The Member Services Department can provide notaries by appointment. Staff only performs Acknowledgments and single signature/stamp documents.
Multipurpose Room
Location: Adjacent to the Fitness and Wellness Center
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Multipurpose / Aerobics Room is an adjunct to the Fitness and Wellness Center and is used for group exercise classes and various events. There are normally about 40 fitness classes a week held in this amenity.

Pickleball Courts
Location: Near the front entry to the Clubhouse parking lot
Hours: 5:00 am - 9:30 pm
Eight Pickleball courts are provided at Trilogy at Power Ranch, all of which are lighted for evening play. Pickleball Courts are reserved for the use of community residents and their guests.
Pool Tables
Location: Inside the San Tan Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
Four pool tables are located within the Clubhouse for the use of residents and their invited guests. Note that you will need your ID Badge to gain entry to the facility.
Poolside Meeting Room
Location: Adjacent to Community Pools
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The meeting room is a space that can be reserved by Committees and Clubs for meetings. It can be reserved on mytpr.com under 'Resources' then 'Reservations.'
Quilting Room
Location: At the front of the Clubhouse next to the Scrapbooking Room
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Quilting Room provides a place for residents to participate in designing and creating Quilting projects of all kinds. This room is locked at all times and you must belong to the club to gain entrance.
San Tan Room
Location: At the back of the Clubhouse next to the Stained Glass & Art Studio
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The San Tan Room is used primarily as a dance studio for our various dance clubs.
Scrapbooking Room
Location: At the front of the Clubhouse next to the Ceramics Room
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Scrapbook room provides a place for residents who have a flare for paper crafting. This room is locked at all times and you must belong to the club to gain entrance.
Shuffleboard
Location: Inside the San Tan Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The Shuffleboard table is located within the Clubhouse for the use of residents and their invited guests. Note that you will need your ID Badge to gain entry to the facility.
Stained Glass
Location: At the Back of the San Tan Clubhouse adjacent to the San Tan Room
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
The stained glass room is used to create works of art using stained glass. This room is locked at all times and you must belong to the club to gain entrance. It is used primarily by the Art Club and Stained Glass Club.
Swimming Pool
Location: Adjacent to the San Tan Clubhouse
Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm (see Children's Hours below)
The swimming pool area is available to residents and their guests. The area consists of a fun pool, hot tub (must be at least 18 years old to use), and a 25-yard Lap Pool that is heated year-round. Specific hours are set aside for guest use of the pool. All users of the pools are asked to read and observe the rules governing the use of this facility. Note that you will need your ID Badge to gain entry to the facility.

Tennis Courts

Four tennis courts are provided at Trilogy at Power Ranch, all of which are lighted for evening play. Tennis courts are reserved for the use of community residents and their guests.
