OWNERS: Please remember that Trilogy at Power Ranch is an age-restricted community. In accordance with our CC&R's, any owner who wishes to rent or sell their property where none of the renters or owners are 55 years of age or older, approval of the Community Manager and/or the Board of Directors is REQUIRED before any such lease or sale may take place. OWNERS, please contact the Community Association Office (480) 279-2053 if this applies to your potential lease or sale. The CC&R's also PROHIBIT the lease, rental, or sale of any property where ANY occupant of the property is under 18 years of age.
Rentals for a term less than one month are prohibited.
