Dr. Galant will be presenting on hip and knee replacements using the Stryker Mako robotic system.
The two major advantages of the Mako robotic system are:
**Creating a 3D computer generated model of your knee or hip from a cat scan. The software assists Dr. Galant in picking the perfectly size implants. This provides a speedy recovering and less pain.
** The Mako robotic system will assist Dr. Galant in surgery, providing superhuman accuracy for making incisions for a snug fit for implants.
Dr. Galant is from Phoenix Spine and Joint and they have a new location in Gilbert.
