Description:
Hike among the red rock buttes in the postcard-perfect destination of Sedona. Relax at the stunning Sky Rock Resort where you can enjoy wellness activities and witness the most incredible views of the sunset and unbeatable vistas in the entire area!
 
Overview:
Be surrounded by the beauty of the red rock buttes in Sedona and relax at the luxurious Sky Rock Resort, with 360-degree views of the towering red rock buttes.
Hike with a permitted, professional guide among the red rocks during two unique half-day hikes. Indulge in luxury at the Sky Rock Resort, where you can choose to take part in a 30-minute mediation class, and/or a 1-hour yoga class. Take time to enjoy the year-round outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, communal terraces with fire pits and spectacular 360-degree views of Sedona’s iconic red rocks.
Each evening, choose to relax at the resort, or take the complimentary shuttle to downtown to dine, shop and stroll through the numerous galleries.
Experience the thrilling side of the desert during a Pink Jeep Broken Arrow Tour - Sedona’s most exclusive and thrilling off-road adventure!
 
Itinerary:
Day 1
 
Depart Phoenix and, approaching Sedona, take in the scenic views of majestic red rocks and towering buttes. Start your Sedona adventure with a guided scenic half-day hike among the beautiful landscape.
This afternoon, check in to Sky Rock Resort, a luxurious boutique hotel with a year-round outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, communal terraces with fire pits and spectacular 360-degree views of Sedona’s iconic red rocks.
This evening, choose to take advantage of the resorts dining options and amenities, or hop aboard the complimentary shuttle to go into town. Uptown Sedona has numerous options for dining, shopping and exploring.
 
Day 2
 
Watch the sun rise over the red rock buttes and enjoy an included breakfast at the resort. Then choose to relax on your own or take part in a 30-minute meditation class, followed by a 1-hour yoga class. You can do one or both activities before resting up for another half-day guided hike this afternoon.
Again, this evening, enjoy the many amenities at the Sky Rock Resort, or take the shuttle into town to experience more of uptown Sedona.
 
Day 3
Start your day with another stunning sunrise from the resort, followed by breakfast. Then, buckle up and hold-on tight for the Pink Jeep Broken Arrow Tour - Sedona’s most exclusive and thrilling off-road adventure! You’ll climb over and atop the area’s iconic red rocks, hold your breath down steep descents and enjoy even more stunning views of Southwest wilderness.
After the thrilling Jeep ride, relax again with lunch on your own before heading back to the Valley.

Dr. Paulina Sawyer
 
 
Dr. Sawyer is a fellowship-trained specialist in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS). She completed her undergraduate degrees at the University of Maryland at College Park where she graduated with a dual degree in Neurophysiology and English Literature. She then attended Medical School at the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She went on to complete residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she completed an additional fellowship in Advanced Pelvic Surgery. Finally, she completed a three-year fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. In her fellowship, she trained under some of the preeminent leaders in the field of urogynecology, especially in the field of pelvic anatomy.
