Certified Yoga instructor Michele will be teaching a 90 minutes Foundation / Range of Motion workshop.  

This class is designed to go over the postures of yoga and how to safely shape into these postures according to your individual alignment needs.  Learn functional anatomy, test your range of motion.

Come join us for our Sunday Night Bingo.  Players must be at least 18 years of age. (ID may be required)  We play in accordance with Arizona revised statues. There is no alcohol allowed in the game play area.

Game pay outs are determined by the number of tickets purchased. We encourage players to pre-purchase their tickets each month to assist in this determination.  Tickets will be available at the door on game nights.

We have 2 bonus games we play: Double Action is played prior to game #1. Each player is allowed to play on 2 cards and they are $1 each.  Our Cover All Bonus Game, which we play in conjunction with game #12 is also $1 per card and each player is allowed 2 cards. These games are available for purchase at the door on game nights.

We will provide bottled water and a snack bag with goodies for munching.

The Osage Indian murders were a series of murders of Osage people in Osage County, Oklahoma during the 1910s–1930s; newspapers described the increasing number of unsolved murders as the "Reign of Terror". Estimates are that 60 or more wealthy, full-blood Osage native Americans were killed from 1918 to 1931.[1] The murders appear to have been committed by people intent on taking over the great wealth of the Osage, whose land was producing valuable oil, and who each had headrights that earned lucrative annual royalties. Investigation by law enforcement, including the predecessor to the FBI, also revealed extensive corruption among local officials involved in the Osage guardian program. Most of the murders were never prosecuted, but some men were convicted and sentenced.

Congress changed the law to prohibit non-Osage from inheriting headrights from Osage with half or more Native American ancestry. The US government continued to manage the leases and royalties from oil-producing lands, and the tribe became concerned about these assets. In 2000 the Osage Nation filed a suit against the Department of the Interior, alleging that it had not adequately managed the assets and paid people the royalties they were due. The suit was settled in 2011 for $380 million and commitments to improve program management
