PLEASE READ---IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SHRED-A-THON!!!
WHITE TRASH BAGS MUST BE USED!!
Due to Covid-19 we are asking that ALL Shredding Items be brought in a 13 Gallon WHITE TRASH BAGS only. Each resident is allowed 2 – 13-gallon white trash bags or 1 – 30-gallon trash bag. (White trash bags are the only ones that can be recycled, due to there being no dyes or colors used in this product.)
By bringing your items in the white bags this will cut down on exposure to others. We will just pick up your bag and then you are on your way. We will not be disposing of any trash, boxes, etc. Whatever extras you bring, you will need to take home with you.
A $5.00 charge will be assessed for any additional bags over the two 13-gallon bags that are allotted per household. Only exact change will be accepted.
Bring your documents and papers to shred at the Semi-Annual Shred-A-Thon. We will be in the Trilogy Parking Lot near the main entrance in to the Clubhouse and the east side Ballroom doors. ONLY PAPER PRODUCTS are allowed. Follow the signs when you get to the parking lot.

HopeKids is collecting NEW and UNWRAPPED toys, any age range (No stuffed animals, please).
Why Donate? Joel Andrews, a 12 year old Gilbert resident and member of HopeKids, knows what it is like to spend holidays in the hospital. This year, he wants to give back to Arizona's chronically ill children.

Zoom Price is Right

Join us for a Zoom Price is Right. You will need to register in order ot play. Please send your name, phone number and address to robin@tprcoa.com. You must register by October 19th in order to reserve your spot in the game. We will put everyone who registers name in a basket and draw from those names on who will be playing. If your name is called, you will have the opportunity to guess the price of the three items. If you get one of the three prices right, you will get that prize and your name will also go into a raffle that will be done at the end of the event. You will be interacting with your neighbors and be able to get help from them. It is truly a lot of fun!!

You will be able to log on and order your apparel, hat or bag. All items will be embroidered with either the Trilogy at Power Ranch logo or Trilogy Fitness logo.

Tickets for Tuesday Bingo can only be purchased with cash on Wednesday's in the Clubhouse between 9:30 am - 11 am. No tickets will be sold at the door --- If you want to play, tickets for the Tuesday Bingo must be picked up on the Wednesday before.
Halloween "Night" Party
Friday, October 30th, 2020, 5pm to 7pm at Trilogy Parking Lot
It is important to BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS...no chairs will be provided. The Trilogy Parking Lot will be roped off where you can put your chairs. Just please remember to social distance and wear your masks. The band will be situated in front of the Ramada at the Tennis Courts. Don't forget to wear your costume or decorate your masks so that you will have the opportunity to win a prize!
All Pumpkins that will be part of the Carving Contest will be judged and awarded at this event. All pumpkins must be submitted no later than October 30th at 5:30 pm. You can start taking your pumpkins to the Member Services Desk beginning Thursday, October 29th.

Bring your pumpkins to the Halloween "Night" Party or drop them off at the Member Services Desk starting October 29th. All pumpkins must be submitted for the contest by 5:30 pm on October 30th. Pumpkins will be displayed in the Clubhouse.
Pumpkins will be judged & awarded prizes at the October 30th, Trilogy Halloween Party in the Trilogy Parking Lot. Be creative and have fun!!
