There will be some new changes this year with available seating on

 both outdoor patio areas complete with tables, chairs, lighting & heaters.

There will be five check-in lines and three entrances, plus a separate handicap entrance to reduce wait times.

A full row of parking by the tennis courts will be roped off exclusively

for golf cart parking so golf cart transportation is strongly encouraged to save space.

There will be NO parking behind the Clubhouse, as this area must remain clear

for additional seating throughout the entire back patio.

The patios are equipped with extra lighting & heaters.

Please plan accordingly. 

There will be six (6) food tables located at all (4) pool tables in the Clubhouse,

one in Cafe & one table in Patio turf area closest to the pool.

All food tables will be exactly the same.

Dessert will available in the Ballroom & hallway between the Cafe & Ballroom.

If you reserved extra tickets for friends or transferred your tickets

to a delegated person, all name have been updated, verified, & confirmed.

Each household is allocated two tickets only, & our list reflects. this.

This will streamline check-in so guests can line up alphabetically by last name.

(renters should check in under the owner's last name)
