Jackie Pinho will be teaching a specialty Yoga class
Jackie will lead you on a 75 minutes yoga flow class to naturally unwind the body.
Then she will close with 15 minutes of deep relaxation and meditation to calm the mind.
After class we will have festive holiday smoothies and a pumpkin spice treat.
Pick up your tickets are the CA Member Services.
