The Fitness Sampler will be on Friday, January 8th from 8:00 am to 11:30 am

Come and enjoy a morning of FUN and sampling our fitness classes.
All of our wonderful Trilogy instructors will be demonstrating 15 minutes of their class.
We will be raffling off prizes and having a TON OF FUN!
