In accordance with our CC&R's, any owner who wishes to rent their property where none of the renters are 55 years of age or older, approval of the Community Manager and/or the Board of Directors is REQUIRED before any such lease may take place. Please contact the Community Association Office if this applies to your potential lease. The CC&R's also PROHIBIT the lease or rental of any property where ANY occupant of the property is under 18 years of age.
