(Outside activities; Spring Training, Nascar, Major Golf events, Basket Ball) All near or off of the 202 and 60. Sky Harbor Airport, a 45 minutes drive.
Guests are required to sign in; and must be made aware of children's age and children's time of use for the pool for the Trilory at Power Ranch Guests. (POOL AT RESIDENCE IS SECURED BY FENCING; BUT NOT FOR THE POOL ITSELF, THERE WILL BE A WAIVER SIGNED). NO LARGE ANIMALS AND NO SMOKING.
