The Ballroom seats approximately 260 people. Dance and exercise classes may be held by the Association in the Ballroom. Private use of the Ballroom by Owners, Residents and the Public is subject to availability. Requests for use of the Ballroom may be made one year in advance, and reservations must be made at the Association Office. A rental charge will apply, and entitles the participants to the use of the Ballroom and adjacent restrooms only. Please click on the link above to review the Community Rules which pertain to the use of the Ballroom. Note that after 6:00pm, you will need your badge to gain entry to the facility.
